great access to modern art and beautiful parks nearby
My stay was fantastic since the hotel was just a short walk from the National Museum of Modern Art and Hibiya Park, which made my city strolls so enjoyable and convenient as I could explore both the cultural and natural beauty around me. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making the experience even better.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a beautiful coffee shop just across the street that we enjoyed visiting daily and the amazing shower pressure in the small bathroom made our stay delightful.

During my stay, I appreciated the stylish room design reflecting traditional Japanese aesthetics. The location buzzed with vibrant nightlife, yet somehow managed to remain peaceful. However, I found the room size a bit cramped, making longer stays slightly challenging.

The breakfast spread included both Asian and Western options that fueled up our adventures perfectly. The prime location situated between busy districts provided easy access to a multitude of eateries and sights.
The room, while modern, felt very cramped for two people with bags. Showering in the suite felt uncomfortably tight, leading us to prefer the spa on the 9th floor, which was more akin to a public pool than a tranquil sento. Soundproofing was below expectations. we heard footsteps and chatter in the corridor, leading to sleepless nights. The lack of windows in our room contributed to a stifling atmosphere, with the air conditioning puffing out unpleasant smells instead. Despite having a safe, the batteries wouldn’t stay in place, causing repeated interruptions during our stay.

The hotel's modern decor was refreshing, and the accessibility made moving around easy for everyone. The warm atmosphere and cozy common areas made it feel like a home away from home, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

Superb stay with comfy bed and fluffy pillows. Room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Loved the spa with massage and sauna. Great location, only a short walk to the subway and tons of shops nearby. Super clean and they had toothbrushes and pajamas available in the room too!

The breakfast spread was a delicious mix of Asian flavors and classic Western options like yogurt and croissants—perfect for fueling up before hitting the streets! Plus, the location is a goldmine, nestled between Ginza and Shibuya with eateries like Itamae Sushi and Warayakiya just a hop away.
The room was tiny! We were a family of four and barely had space to breathe, let alone unpack. Also, charging for early check-in felt a bit stinge, especially after a long flight with kids in tow.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities
I stayed in a non-smoking twin room for two nights with my group. The air purifier was a bit faulty, but the room was spacious and well-designed. Loved the nearby dining options for breakfast—try the local dishes! Pro tip, adjust the AC for your comfort.
